Ben De Rubeis
Ben A. De Rubeis is a partner in the firm. Although his practice is largely general in nature, most of his work involves real estate, mortgages and title insurance. Ben graduated from the University of Toronto and Queen's University. He originates from Hamilton, attended Cathedral Boys' High School and is married with three children.

Patrick Chetcuti
Patrick Chetcuti is also a partner in the firm and practices primarily in the areas of real estate and title insurance. He is a native of Hamilton. He received his law degree from the University of Windsor and his undergraduate studies were done at the University of Western Ontario. He is also an alumnus of Cathedral Boys' High School and is married with three children.

Garry Barankin
Garry Barankin is a solicitor with the firm and has enjoyed utilising his skills across a broad range of legal matters with a focus on real estate and estate planning. Garry attained his law degree from the University of British Columbia, after graduating from the Commerce program at Queen’s University. He was called to the Bar in 2001 and joined the firm that summer. He is married with a young son.

Marvin Stringer
Marvin Stringer is associate counsel to the firm. He represents 50 years of active practice in civil litigation and corporate, commercial, estates, and family law. He graduated from Osgoode Hall in 1957 and has practiced continuously in Hamilton having served as corporate counsel to investment companies and as a Federal Prosecutor under the Food and Drug and Narcotics Acts. He is married with two children and four grandchildren.

J. Ross Husband
J. Ross Husband, C.M.,Q.C. is senior counsel to the firm and has been practising law in Hamilton since 1963. His area of expertise has been in the areas of corporate law, and estates. Born in Montreal, his family moved to Hamilton while he was in the Royal Canadian Air Force during World War II. He graduated from McMaster University in 1948 and after several years in the construction industry, he graduated from the University of Toronto Law School in 1958 and was called to the Bar in 1960.
